The Turku Orthodox Parish will establish a volunteer coordination group for 2026. The purpose of the group is to plan, evaluate, and coordinate the volunteer work of the parish, and to seek solutions and new ideas for the needs of the growing parish’s volunteer work. Members of different ages and widely from different geographical areas of the parish are invited to join. The coordination group has no financial responsibilities and there is no financial reward for being a part of the coordination group. Vicar Ioannis Lampropoulos leads the group and our parish volunteer Sanna Suomi acts as the person in charge of the group. The group meets approximately monthly or when necessary, with either on-site, remote or hybrid meetings during the spring and autumn seasons.
Send a free-form application under the heading ”Volunteer Coordination Group” to vicar Ioannis Lampropoulos at ioannis.lampropoulos@ort.fi no later than February 15, 2026.
